| Text: | The IRIS SNA Server Programming Guide describes the application program interface that IRIS SNA Server software offers for developing LU 0-3 and LU 6.2 transaction programs. It is written for experienced SNA programmers who are developing applications to run on Silicon Graphics systems. This guide contains a description of all functions that a calling program uses to establish a session and to perform the additional services that the program might require. It also contains a complete reference to the verb set that is available to LU 0-3 applications (Types 0, 1, 2, and 3 devices) for requesting session-level services. (The verb set for LU 6.2 application development is described in the IRIS SNA LU 6.2 Programming Guide.) Appendixes contain detailed reference information about all utilities in the SNA Server library. |
