| Text: | This guide describes the library of functions (verbs) that support LU 6.2 transactions on Silicon Graphics systems in an SNA network. It is written for C-language programmers who develop applications in which a Silicon Graphics system is a partner in an LU 6.2 transaction. It contains a complete description of all verbs in the library and their return codes (including the verbs supplied by the IRIS SNA Server product) and provides a sample application to illustrate verb usage. This guide also explains the security features of IRIS LU 6.2 and describes its departures from the IBM SNA implementation. Finally, this guide offers an appendix of the verbs presented in traditional reference page format. |
