Text:This guide explains how to write your own plug-in, the set of scripts that are required to turn an application into a highly available service in conjunction with IRIS FailSafe 2.1.x software. It also tells you how to create a new resource type and provides instructions for migrating script information from IRIS FailSafe Release 1.2 to Release 2.x. This guide assumes that the IRIS FailSafe system has been configured as described in the IRIS FailSafe Version 2 Administrators Guide.
